We have a Hisense Roku that's around 4-5 years old and we've been having issues with it lagging and kicking us out of whatever app we're using. It lags with all of the apps but while using certain apps, it lags so bad that it's like it freezes up. It kicks us out of all of the apps but just like with the lagging, it does it more often with certain apps. It's always lagged, but it's gotten so much worse and the booting us out, is a fairly new problem we're had for maybe 2 years tops. Are these issues because our TV is getting old? Or is it our internet?(My parents have the same internet provider but have zero issues) Or could it be because it needs an update? We've never manually updated it and I got to thinking today, damn it probably needs to be updated so I plan on trying to update it, but if it doesn't work, I'd love to get some input on what else could be causing the issues. Or could it be because we have too many apps downloaded on our tv? Please, any input, advice, suggestions that will help me fix it or make it at least slightly better until we can afford to buy a new tv (not hisense again, that's for sure!) would be greatly appreciated!! 😊😊

I have an android TV, it automatically popped up for the update and I started it but now it has been at 30% for over 10 minutes now.

Hisense 75U6H is the Worst POS I have ever owned. I have had to do 3 Factory resets. No more casting we tried everything. Run as fast as you can away from Hisense I should of stuck with Samsung not one problem. The Hisense 75" is now useless as is Hisense Tech Support. The TV is only 5 months old and was total garbage since the day it was installed. Hisense? Never Again. It will not allow anyone to get into settings. Remember this post if you are unlucky enough to believe the hype on this Complete POS.
