I had Peruvian worry dolls when I was a kid, they're super awesome. They basically allow kids to air out their frustrations and anxieties, it's very therapeutic.

The worry dolls I had were these small ones that were put in a bag that you needed to wear around your neck so whenever you felt worried you would just whisper into the little bag and they would go away
