The average citizen has to get a HAMM RADIO LICENSE from the #FCC in order to broadcast with one of those devices. And, there are limitation rules about what can be broadcasted or lose the broadcasting license.


Word on the street is - perhaps all Journalist, Reporters, and Commentators should have a similar licence to appear on media outlets...not to stop them from talking, but, if caught aggregiously lying to the public like Fox has, and helping to cause damage and death with the content, they can no longer broadcast their lies that way, for any media outlet!!!

Just saying, what's good for the amatuer HAMM Radio operator, should be good for professionals with all kinds of means to broadcast!

Is it not time for the FCC to carry out its duty, assessing fines and rescinding licenses, for failure to act in the general public interest?
