Nice, but there's one glaring omission here. Luke is holding the coveted FOURTH edition of Tested Advertising Methods. I hear the later editions lack crucial info not found in later editions. In other words, The editor of the later editions f*cked it up. Luke knew about this I'm sure, because the fourth edition isn't cheap, and one copy on Amazon right now goes for over $1700.00. Yes, there are cheaper copies out there, but anyway, just a heads up...get the fourth edition if you can.
