What interesting you can be a government employee with defined pension plan and there are no penalties. But if you aren’t you buy a rental or two so you have income in your retirement after you have saved done without and had tenants not pay etc. you get penalized if you sell it if you need the cash. It appears our government wants to zero us out and give us no incentive to build wealthy wonder why ?
