Why would you want to torture anyone, unless the curious individuals watching this ARE the narcissists? My experience with a narcissist placed blame on me being the narc and he was a tortuous individual. I am so glad I don't even think about him on a regular basis and I am out of that situation.

1. focus on you
2. control your emotions, not others
3. keep calm, cool
4. create value for yourself
5. avoid the contact with them
