Is having anti-aliasing off provide a FPS increase or no?

my game only runs at like 130 even though i have a 3090ti and other games run at like 400 FPS with medium settings but destiny doesn't run much higher than 130 even with low settings

This didn’t work, I was literally just playing PVP at 200 and now I’m stuck at 60
