Does the M1A2 Have Better Firepower than the Leopard 2A5?

the only major flaws of the Abrams are the players

It has everything except good teammates and actual survivability of an average modern tank because some company thinks it has nothing to reduce spalling since they see no visible spall liners

That reload is to essentially nerf the Leopard 2, just because they have better armor, you can find a lot of footage of leopard 2 crews IRL doing reload under 5 seconds, so making the reload the same as the Abrams should be realistic but they have to make it longer for balancing purpose

The Leopard 2a5 had better Penetration with DM53 then the M1A2

Edit: they both use the Rheinmetall 120 mm L/44 but the US one is designated as the M256

In warthunder true....IRL tho they have the exact same fucking cannon, ammorack and therefore reload. The Abrams IRL has DU rounds while the Leopard has DM73 which allows more than 800mm of penetration so like everyone else I end the topic with the fact that they're equally good and certainly a lot better than how they're shown in WT
