My son's come over and help me with fixing things all the time. They wouldn't take a penny from me for it, and they're happy to help. Grow up!

HINT: ONE good maneuver to oust him from the house is to take his bedroom door OFF the hinges and put it in a locked shed. if that doesnt do it, tell him youre renovating that room. its YOUR room bc YOUR name is on the title deed/lease etc NOT THEIRS. remove the furniture, then remove the bed, leave the mattress on the floor, then after another month, remove the mattress and leave a couple blankets on the floor. tell him once he gets his own place, you will deliver the bdrm furniture to his new place, and NOT before. and of course DONT give him any money. and take away his house key!!

Thank goodness all my kids were responsible, eager to work, set up their own apartments, and take pride in supporting themselves. What could be more exciting than coming home late at night and not have your Mom there, still awake, to 'make sure you're safe'?

I love how people make up their own versions of the laws.

If he recieves mail there, he does need a 30 day notice. At least in Indiana you do.

Actually tenant laws don't apply when you all live in the same house.

He is correct. He gets 30 days even if he isn't paying rent. It has to do with residency, not tenancy.

I’m telling you right now that’s not true, Majority of people live at home because they can’t afford a place to live

And instead of being out there on the streets their parents allow them to stay home until they can find a place

And it’s a sad reality but unfortunately it’s the reality we live in today

You do know that 80, 000 people are homeless across Ontario Canada? That’s a lot of people that’s even more than the states have

You know that’s pretty much like almost half the population in Ontario Canada

That’s a lot of people,

So? Just because you've done work on a house, doesn't mean you own it, or that you're entitled to stay.
