That feeling of hunger is your body telling you that you're losing weight. So don't fear the hunger, hunger is your friend.

I'm really happy the skool games bought you back into your grind. You gotta solid basis here. Please everyone join his group, he supported us for so long and genuinely wanted to help years for years. One of the O.Gs in the game for real. Let's return the love.

I tracked my way through a binge eating disorder. I was fucking up my calories majorly, but I tracked every calorie to be knowledgeable of my true situation. Now, years later, I track to stay recovered from the binging.

So basically at least tracking will be the fundamental that will keep u in the game towards being lean regardless of if your motivated or how your workouts are . As long as your at least still tracking, your still in the game!

Love the content. This Alpha school is for real. Great community, and your workout regime is top-notch. Can't wait to be the man I know I can be. Tracking, training and micro habits 🤌✌️

I tried for years to be ripped, I did every kind of diet and I got a good online coach and paid some money got on a program tracking macros and everything.. I got to my goal but I was feeling so weak and miserable and I was always hungry and just fighting against the urge of cheating on my diet.
Fast forward now I’ve been ripped for years all year round feeling amazing throughout the day and having zero cravings, hitting PRs and getting leaner all natural ofc and very easily without tracking macros because tracking macros will reach a point eventually where ur like fuck it it will just drive you insane it’s unsustainable, I would spend time explaining if anyone is interested.. also Eliot ofc that would be an honor.

Tracking is a useful tool, but is it sustainable?

I think you showing them what portions of things are, so they understand without needing an app or tools.

I think you should show them 3 sizes of pie and what the macros n stuff is for each size slice.

So they can make smarter choices if they want seconds and know what to pick from without overloading on the wrong stuff.

There was something else....Maybe show them how to make what they crave vs take out. Or what dine out places have good choices. So if they want the burger and fries you can show them how to build it and balance out a whole meal for less then what they would have at Mc Donalds. So they have a burger, fries, salad, fruit....dessert...

And how to make healthy salad dressings.

That is sustainable, knowledge is power

The apps are cool and useful, I don't want to make you lose excitement over them. I felt bad about maybe making you less excited. It's just that we are losing skills. The internet has ruined my grammar with auto correcting poorly lol

I was thinking about what is sustainable. Creamed peas on toast I think is a sustainable meal that might be useful for people today. I'm not sure of the best serving size of it, but it was useful in the past.

It's usually a can of peas added to a roux sauce and served over toast. Frozen would be better for less salt.

It's mostly a bit of butter, some milk, flour to thicken, spices, and a can of peas. Left over meat or a can of tuna could be added.

Many people are using food banks or trying to find healthy meals for cheap.

We are losing our skills. Sustainable ways are life skills. You know what your dads generation says about doing things the easy way and taking shortcuts.
