Check out how the Asus TUF OC RTX 3090 Ti VS MSI RTX 4090 Suprim X performs in 1440p and 4K. Both cards are running at stock factory clocks, with custom fan profile to prevent throttling. NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 522.25 WHQL was not available for the RTX 3090 Ti while collecting my data. Some gains can be expected from 30 series GPUS in DX12 titles.

I came from a 2080 Ti to the 4090 - the level of clarity which the 4090 can achieve with even higher FPS is hard to put into words. Playing the same games feel like playing a remastered version on a newer gen console - like a totally different game.

Very useful video, I see a lot of reviewer's saying that the 4090 only makes sense at 4k due to CPU bottlenecks but once we start getting next-gen games e.g. Plague Tale, Cyberpunk Overdrive mode, Starfield etc... Then the 4090 will be an amazing GPU for high refresh 1440p 120hz native, 240hz DLSS 3.0. I will wait for CES 2023 to check when that LG 27 inch 1440p OLED 240hz monitor is coming out. I have a faith in 10% lower rasterized performance with new AMD flagship. It would be sick for 1000$ at 350W if RT performance uplift will be near 3090Ti. FSR 2.1 implemention doesn't go fast though.

Same as the VRAM clock, the benefit is just the higher GPU clock and the lower nomenclature, higher cudas. The good 5% less consumption not bad.

Just missed buying a 4090 from Amazon. Ten minutes later cards was getting scalped for £4000 on Amazon. Amazon removed the 4090's listings for resale be added back when in stocked. The scalper's are crying about amazon doing that.

Hello mate, my 8700k 5.1 all cores with 4090 Fe stock on Tomb Raider dose on 1440p -21 fps and on 4k -4 fps, I would say that's impressive in this game title to not investment of 1200£ at least for the platform, thanks to that specific benchmark I can sleep better tonight. Thanks

You should've rerun those tests with the 3090 Ti with the same 522.25 driver that you used for the 4090. According to Nvidia and some tests that I have seen, those drivers provide decent perfomance uplift for the 30-series cards in every game that you tested in this video, especially for the 3090/3090 Ti.
