I'm really wondering how would 5800x3d compare to 7950x with a graphics like 4090 which can actually put the bottleneck on cpu at 4k. And I would greatly appreciate it if you could test it

Technically for direct generational performance increase it's the 3090 that should be compared. There is a full fat 4090Ti waiting in the wings, which is the equivalent to the full fat 3090Ti.
So, looking at that when RT is enabled the 4090 is in many cases literally 2x performance increase. Outside of it, maybe 80%. That is a huge generational leap higher than even Pascal was over Maxwell.

Rumor is, take it with salt, that RDNA 3 might not beat the 4090, at least definitely not when RT is involved. Then there is DLSS3 for specific use cases (I see it as longevity increasing tech).

Flight simulator hitting some kind of CPU bottleneck on the 4090. Can see the GPU util down a lot. Hence why DLSS 3 is such a "game" saver (pun) in this particular game, and some others.
It removed the bottleneck.

I think you'd get better results with 5600 ddr5 cl28. For AMD cast latency is more important than speed.

Also, I would love to see a stock 4090 go against an overclocked 3090
