Ingredients

Cornbread

1/3 Cup Butter (Browned)

2 Cups cornmeal
1/2 Cup Flour 60g
1/3 Cup Sugar 67g
OR
1/4 Cup of Honey 85g
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 15g
1 Teaspoon Salt 6g

1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk 253g
OR
1 1/2 Cup Milk 253g
1 can 14oz Cream Corn
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 15g
1 Egg

Honey (optional)
Bacon (optional)
Corn (optional)
Jalapeños (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Heat butter until it has browned in a cast iron. Let the butter cool slightly.
Add in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add in all the wet ingredients and mix. If you don't have buttermilk, combine milk and lemon juice together.
