The Flore in Cafe de Flore is pronounced like “Floor”, not “Floor-ey”. If you see the É with the agiu accent at the end of the word, add an “ey” at the end. So Café isn’t pronounced like “Caf” it’s “Caf-ey”. Same thing in the reverse is true!

Honestly, I live in Paris and had no clue these restaurants were trendy, and most of the hot chocolates I’ve taken in restaurants or bars were just too strong, there was way too much chocolate and I never really finished one because of this strong flavour . My favourite one has to be the one in the Rainforest restaurant in Disney or the ones I make hope using nesquick 😭
