BS - the technical terms of wages vs income are very different historically, especially for taxation. And in the US constitutionally wages are a person’s private property from their labor and should never be taxable directly from the government. Income is not defined as wages, it is profit from investment. This is why only the rich were taxed before 1914. Also, the Supreme Court ruled that the 16th amendment did not give the government or the IRS any more right to directly tax wages than it did before it - Because income is not wages.
