Tried to customize my ancient home page format to a different format with 3 columns.  It squeezed everything onto the first and third column, leaving the middle (the widest and the one I was hoping the news slide show would be) completely blank!  I can't figure out how to move categories around.  

I do not want to call anyone for help (you never know, anything is possible) and have a maddening conversation with an automated answering service all companies have today, after the Lord only knows how long someone from India with a bad connection and a name that I really would like to use to address them in conversation but they said it so fast and it is so long and/or unfamiliar I will spend even more time asking him or her to repeat and spell it so I can get it right, might come through as a real person to speak with.  

I do not want to search through a forum of a maze of threads for an answer.  I think I am most frustrated with myself because I can't seem to figure this out on my own!  

And while I am ranting, the new Google+/YouTube format sucks too!  
 

(If any Google or YouTube people would like to call me, I am at home now. I'm sure you can find my number.  Google, you will need to look in the phone book for my phone number because I only use my mobile phone for emergencies and I do not text or respond to text messages - and for some reason, you don't give the option to put a regular phone number on our Google account profile.  Is there anything else I can help you with today?)

"access your favorite sites and email accounts all in one place!" Since FACEBOOK is one of my favorite sites, WHY CAN'T I ACCESS IT ANYMORE??? DO YOU HEAR THAT BOUNCING? THAT'S MY YAHOO DROPPING THE BALL!!! I guess once you got rid of Twitter that wasn't one of my favorite sites either? What do I like stupid cat videos since that's all you make available. Earlier versions of MyYahoo were better. The new one uses the popular 'washout' flat style - hard to read - and of course less functionality (no more market summary, for instance - just plain gone). Also, why are my bookmarks all rolled up? No option to expand all?

I think increased functionality has reached a limit and we've reached the era of changes made only according to 'trendiness' rather than to introduce greater usefulness.

But this infection has also affected MSFT and GOOG too.

For me this is garbage just like the new Itunes. I had to go back to AOL and Google cause this sucks so bad as for Itunes thank god itunes 10.7 is still available.Who came up with this new bull shit my yahoo page a 12 year old
