Online Classes and Coaching:

This is exercises improves your posture and shoulder mobility by helping optimise the function of your thoracic spine, scapulo-thoracic joint and gleno-humeral joint.

One full set takes 5-6 minutes.

There are 3 parts to this exercise:
1. open book x 60s
2. open book hold x 30-60s
3. Rainbow x 60s
repeat on other side

People under 35 years old require one round per day to see results.
40-55 years old - 2 rounds per day
55 + years old - 3 rounds per day
