Brotherly rivalry @ it's finest, i like both accord euro r's but would have to give the older brother cl1 my vote over the younger brother cl7, older Honda vtec's eg h22a are more raw and rugged an sound better in my opinion, newer Honda vtec's eg k20a are more refined and reliable and better gearing, even performance 6.8-7.1seconds 0-100km h series gearboxes normally have longer gears, k series gearboxes normally have shorter gears.
