I’m in Colombia right now and I bought some fruit…. When I saw this video I realized I have some of the fruit you hit your head with to open. You must try hot chocolate with cheese. I know it sounds awkward and it took me awhile to warm up to the idea, but it is so good! I think the Colombians use mozzarella in their hot chocolate. You basically let the cheese melt at the bottom of the hot chocolate and eat/drink it all at once.
