Love that you took the feedback from that other time and sliced the veggies thinner. Not that it’s a must but I always like people who respect that there are always new things to learn further about cultures that aren’t theirs and change their ways instead of being stubborn. As an Asian who grew up in a very white society, there have been a surprising number of times when white people have tried to change or even correct me in MY culture. This kid is really something 👍🏼

as a korean, these are called glass noodles in america. i went to korean barbecue when i went to america (its the one in wiltern, next to the dennys and the ‘come fishy fishy’ restaurant. i think its called gangnam station (the korean barbecue) but i could be wrong i rarely pay attention) and i ate a full plate of these. its those appetizers at the start!!
also even if this isnt the exact recipe, its still probably gonna be good
