Now he's in NYC to understand what drives his obsession, and he's linking up with folks like Adam Richman, burger scholar George Motz, and Binging With Babish's Andrew Rea to help him along the way.

I am jealous. Here in Russia, we have like 2-3 good burger restaurants. And there is nothing close to what you have in the USA.
Like we have some simple burgers with marbled meat and some cheese, hand-baked buns, vegs and sauces. But it's so simple, nothing experimental or creative.

Fuck. One day I'll pay you a visit, I hope.
