The best burgers on the planet don't need a lot of presentation or toppings. Here's ALL YOU NEED:
- A great bun (butter or brioche in my book) toasted in butter and a little juices from the cooked burger patty.
- A great piece of meat, pan fried to a light crunch on the edges.
The other two items are optional, though I highly recommend the first, virtually a must:
- Your favorite mayo or condiment. My fave is either mayo or "Mac" sauce.
- A tasty piece of cheese.
