This drawing is based on a famous drawing by the Early Renaissance Italian Artist and Mathematician Paolo Uccello. Uccello was born in 1397 in Florence, Italy. Uccello was one of the pioneers of visual perspective. He was interested in the concept of perspective as it created the illusion of depth on a flat surface. The original drawing is now in the Uffizi Museum in Florence.
