As soon as I saw your knife sharpener I knew you weren’t messing around. I use a similar setup, mirror polish on the blade without struggling. Ridiculously sharp with minimal time and effort.

Fantatic sharpening video. I have spent more time than I'd like to admit, trying to find a good video of which specific attachments and compound to use. I just bought a Baldor buffer and felt pad, but I didn't know which "aggressive" attachment to use for the first few swipes of the knife. Thank you so much for this video!!

Same type of sharpener & buffer as slaughter houses use, you can shave the hair on yr arm after sharpening..

Your leg is cute, but if you check how wood carvers or wood turners sharpen it is possible to look at the blade and tell by the lack of reflection on cutting edge that it is truly sharp. They also use diamond hones to sharpen on the go when machine is not available.
