Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 10:
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

If we are put on trial this should be in public. The people who try us should not let anyone tell them what to do.

All people have the right to fair and public trial, and before unbiased judiciary and peers. To broadly raise awareness of the 30 inalienable rights as proclaimed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Church of Scientology sponsored the production of a corresponding series of public service announcements illuminating these rights.

Each is intended to provide young people with an appreciation of a fundamental tenet within every free society, so that the generation of tomorrow need not repeat the errors of its predecessors.

Just remember folks you can get the judge arrested if you're not being given a chance to prove your innocence

If this really happened to those defendants they’d easily win new trials being that the judge deprived all of them of the right to a fair trial and that judge could be brought before an ethics committee for extreme abuse of power
