In the era of digitalization, law needs to be adapted to protect and safeguard fundamental rights. One can see that digital rights can be closely linked to freedom of expression and privacy. Therefore in my opinion an individual should have the right to access the internet to avoid digital divide. Additionally, an individual should have control over who stores their personal data etc, ; the right to privacy.
