For the base poles with with the adjustment holes. Did both poles have the holes or just one? Only one of my black poles have the holes to adjust the height while the other one has no holes at all.

Uh.... you forgot the 4 Allen screws to secure the base. I would think that's critical to the garment rack's stability.

Also, you seemed very unsure on securing the top adjustable bar when you engaged the locking clip. It was unstable and your response to that was Sorry, but that's very concerning and misleading.
