What Happen in Nature! Cold Blooded Animals Eat Their Baby - Animal Documentary | Wildlife Secrets
Reproduction is the form of maintaining the species of all living things on earth. Besides the wonderful "fathers and mothers" in the animal world who always love to take care of and protect their children, many "cold-blooded" animals have killed and ate their own children. Let's watch this video to the end to see why these animals have such cruel actions

This is not "cold blooded" - this is a harsh reality of "survival of the fittest" or effect of environmental stress

There's a lot of misinformation here. Polar bears are solitary and don't live in "herds." Male polar bears split from the female after mating, so it's usually hard to tell whether cubs he comes into contact with are actually his or not. It's also widely known that male polar bears kill cubs, it's just not commonly witnessed, and mother bears are wary around males because of this.

In terms of the hamsters, they're just called "hamster, " not "hamster mouse, " because while hamsters are rodents, they're not specifically mice. Hamsters can also be stressed because of the lack of space pet-store cages fail to provide, and the clips shown clearly demonstrate that. This is the most common reason why hamsters get stressed, and it's important to do research before getting any pet in order to provide proper care.

The male polar bear wasn't eating necessarily "his" own cub, the cub father could have been any other male bear. Polar bear mothers raise their cubs alone and male polar bears hunt and kill polar bear cubs regardless they are hungry or not. The main danger and also main predators a orphaned polar bear cub faces in the wild is male polar bears.

I had a pet hamster as a child & I just could not understand for the life of me, that when it had it's babies why it ate them. I just didn't know what to do & couldn't understand it. This video definitely helped shed light on why this happened so many years ago before the internet was even invented. Thanks for this upload

When I was in the 8th grade, we had a hamster in our Classroom that gave birth to babies..I don’t remember how many. Our class was so excited about it. The next day, we went into class, and the babies were gone! The teacher thought someone took them. After talking to other teachers, the Science teacher told us, that it was probably the mother who ate them, which horrified us all!

For the first one, the male polar bear was not necessarily eating his own cubs but a different males cubs. Males usually do this because they want to mate with a female and have his own cubs, but sometimes if they are hungry they will kill a cub regardless. Also male polar bears split from the mother so they may also not know if it is his cubs

I think everyone should watch videos like this once in a while. Remember that nature is *not* easy or showing any mercy whatsoever.

Animals aren't cold blooded. They just do what they have to in order to survive

The documentary with the Polar Bear is on BBC, I remember watching it. The male bear is not related to the female bear and cub. The male bear was stalking the two other bears for a while before finally attacking them.

It always makes me wonder how we are all formed into this existence and how we can abruptly leave. The reality is a consciousness is created and can be taken away at a random time. This nature, intelligent designer, creator of existence, etc. has something for us. It is very fortunate for me that I’m still here and my mother, or any of my family members never ended up eating me alive…

Nature (which includes humans) can be so unforgivably cruel. It does my head in.

Incredible how even a polar bear feels the same you would feel if someone took ur kid and murdered them. See how she ran after and looked panicked and new … like a toxic relationship … poor girl :( I kinda know animals have feeling I just didn’t think we somewhat think the same.
