Funny how the Skirmisher legends are supposed to excel in movement, yet they have one perk (looking at care packages for Ult time reduction or what's inside which was also nerfed), along with nerfed Path, Wraith, Oct, and pretty much all the past top legends that people used to rave over for movement like Ash now. Hopefully the Skirmisher buff someday is worthwhile haha

It definitely fits to view the situation of all the changes as "Well, it's only downhill from here. Let's just do everything we said "no" to before, if we can get the basic coding in."

I love that Ash can dash and it’s a great call back to Titanfall and Ash’s Titan which was a Ronin.

Spitballing...
Assault: single-dash (Ash can keep double-dash on purple perk), threat vision + speed boost on cracked armor + assault bins + nade slots
Skirmisher: wall run + double jump, care package scan, full walking speed while healing
Support: double-heal on small heals, mobi on crafter, support bins, people you res regen health
Controller: ring scans, extra health in ring (needs a defensive buff)
Recon: threat vision, player scans (needs an info-based buff)

Last two don't feel strong enough with the buffs across the other 3.
Maybe Recon sees deathboxes on map, or live-pinging an enemy while ADS'd gives your team threat vision on that enemy.
Controller could all get fortified passive, nade-slots, extra ammo stacks, etc.. something to buff an end-game zone playstyle.

Wall running and double jumping would be the perfect Skirmisher ability. They’re all about movement and every single one of having it just fits so well. Wraith, Revenant, Ash, Octane. It just a makes sense for every single one of them.

i don’t get why people are confused about how long it’s taking maggie to get an heirloom. she walks at holster speed with shotguns equipped, most maggie’s are never holstered

Just dropped in to say a ACTUAL STAR WAS crossover is over They shoulda have Been done it, ESPECIALLY being like yes you pointed out EA has Literally made the most recent Star Wars games & a lightsaber Heirloom would be SOOOO Dope!!! & IF they're smart they'll throw it in an LTM like they did with the FF Buster sword or the new Mythic R301s...
& I liked the Star Wars skins ideas you threw up, Many I've Also Been saying like Gibby as Chewbacca or Rev as General Grievous or Darth Maul.. but one idk how you missed is DEFINITELY Caustic as Darth Vader.. he's PERFECT as him!! Even Already has the same style raspy voice!!.. or Another Perfect one is Han Solo as either Fuse or Mirage!!

they could add new movement for different classes but it is challenging since they would have to create few new movements. example skirmishers can wallrun with a bit of delay of course to make it balanced.

I've been saying it for years. If Respawn just made Titanfall 3 MP and Frontier defense then added it to Apex, similar to how call of duty does it where you have warzone and MP separate, but the same game. It would be an absolute power house and stomp CoD into the ground.

Ash and Revenant should switch rolls between assault and skirmisher in my opinion

There is one movement mechanic that could be given to an entire class and is already tested and somewhat implemented in the game
The hover boost kit - we all know that new things are often tested in events and this ability could fit very well into the identity of skirmisher class with a few tweaks (like maybe keeping the momentum from before activating hover)

Hmm. Double jumping seems too much for Apex. Wall-running as a mechanic is fine. But if it's limited to just skirmishers then that's ridiculous

I’m glad apex is doing better but I’m still worried that they’ll see the influx of players returning and think their work is suddenly done. That’s a big part of why I still haven’t picked it up again. I wanna see consistency

As a 6 year player, adding movement fixes slow looting, revives after a far away knock, and overall just makes the game more fun

Maybe remove slide cooldown so it allows skirmisher 2 slide on repeat I’m tired of every1 being able 2catch up 2me when I stim like octane is literally useless
