I going to teach a new format! I’m going to call it,
“X-Treme C.P.S” (Extreme cardio, power and strength) choreographed in blocks to go with the music!

With different tiers that progress to push you to new levels of Cardio, of Power and Strength.

I will take a lot of work but when you have trained to complete short combinations you will constantly be challenged in a FUN WAY, and your level of fitness will rise without you even realizing it!
