Its not income Tax that is the problem but the sheer amount of it (in all its forms) and our participation in the Debt based monetary Ponzi scheme.
We live in a resource RICH nation yet have a Fiat currency system.

We should be an economic POWERHOUSE rivalled only by those of oil rich Nations, yet prices for Petroleum, Gas and Electricity are some of the highest in the developed world. WHY IS
And why are we accepting foreign industrial waste for resources we do not even utilise ourselves? We have some of the largest and highest quality Coking Coal deposits in the WORLD. But CANT ‘AFFORD’ TO MAKE OUR OWN STEEL!! Talk about keeping the left hand oblivious as to the right hands tasks!

ADDRESS THE REAL ISSUES WHILE WE STILL HAVE A TINY, TINY SHOT AT ACTUALLY BEING ABLE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Ie; for the next 5 yrs.

They do actually say what income is. Income is a payment received from working. It could be a wage or salary, even a end of year bonus.
This is why employers have to pay fiat currency and not give you $200 worth of food, pay your bills and give you $200 cash.
Which is the only pathetic part.
If your employer bought you things instead of paying you, you’d pay very little if any income tax at all.

It doesn't say paying personal tax is voluntary in the section you quote. It says "We prefer to work with you cooperatively, providing you with help to meet your
tax obligations voluntarily....People who are
obstructive may even be prosecuted."

This I’ve heard many times but my employer takes tax out before I get paid then I claim that back. Is there a way around this? ie receiving all my hard earned money back instead of them keeping a percentage? Many thanks for all your information

So if the High Court has accepted the legal status of the ATO, then how can they continue to be a viable organ of the state and continue its supposed legal operations? Why has not the High Court challenged it's contunuance? I'm sone what sceptical thinking if a legal precedent is in effect, why are we still under the yoke of the ATO?

Of course the ATO isn't a "legal entity". So what? The plaintiffs in the Moeliker case had to pay all the tax they owed.

The title of this video is misleading. The title clearly states 'the ATO is illegal'. In the video the man doing the interview states the ATO is 'not even a legal entity'.I saw an excellent video on this issue called 'Australian Taxation Office - Is it illegal?'
