AMAZING New Copilot Features from Microsoft Build!

We were expecting big things for Copilot from Microsoft Build, and Microsoft did not disappoint with a whole host of announcements adding up to a set of capabilities to make it far easier for businesses to realize a significant return on investment (ROI) from the Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Microsoft 365 Copilot) or other Copilot investments.

We're getting team Copilots, Copilot agents, a new approach to Copilot Studio, including Copilot Connectors to make data sharing easier, and a far easier GPT-like Copilot builder initiated from SharePoint to make it easy for absolutely anyone to build a Copilot.

Great presentation Nick. Given that you are normally very conservative / cautious about Microsoft announcements this demonstrates what an important step this is.

It was a slick presentation but as you noted the reality may never get there. MVP Andy Malone said pre build day that he has noted 117 copilot derivative projects and I guess another 15 were announced in the presentation
But realistically it will take ages before we will be able to have a copilot studio environment that delivers the vision
Meanwhile its vapourware 😩
