SIX-PACK SUPERSETS from BJ Gaddour, former Men's Health fitness director and MetaShred creator!

Stacking an isolated core drill with a multi-joint strength exercise is a great way to burn belly fat and chisel your midsection!

For each superset, perform each move for a minute back-to-back with little to no rest between moves. Then rest for 30-60 seconds and move on to the next superset.

Superset 1
Front Plank March
Alternating Goblet Reverse Lunges

Superset 2
Glute Bridge March
Alternating Staggered Hip-Hinges

Superset 3- Right Hand Holding Dumbbell
Bottom-Half Getup
1-Arm Moving Hammer Curl to Press

Superset 4- Left Hand Holding Dumbbell
Bottom-Half Getup
1-Arm Moving Hammer Curl to Press

That’s 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 2-4 total rounds for a full workout.
