When are average people going to start asking why it's only us who have to give up our way of life (cars, motorcycles, electricity, meat, etc.., ) while the politicians and celebrities are flying around the world in private jets eating steaks, Russian caviar, etc.. telling us we are terrible for wanting to be warm in the winter as they run around buying big homes all over the planet that eat up the resources of some small cities.

I’m a European. I’ve lived in the USA since 1985. My head is spinning as to how dystopian Europe has become. It’s unrecognizable from the happy place. It was when I was a child in the 1970s.

My wife is from Karlsruhe and her family who remain there are struggling. We watch Tageschau every night and we saw the film clip of a nuclear plant being torn down in Deutschland. How sad. It's okay to work towards renewable energy but not before you have industry in place so people can live. Thank you for the news.

Thank-you, Lilly! I appreciate your Austrian - German news updates. I lived in Europe (Italy, Germany, Denmark, Greece & Belgium) during the 1970s, 80s, & 90s. I love all of those countries along with all of the people whom I met there. I especially miss the cuisine. Great update thank you Lily. We are in a deep depression here in New Zealand. Our cost of living is so high everyone except the wealthy are suffering. The powers to be want at least 30% of the population on their knees so they will acept UBI through CBDC. CBDC is the ultimate control tool.
