Barbossa's surprise at the fact that Jack has returned from the island again, something beautiful

Jack's plan is to get Barbossa's men out of there so that he and Will can lift the curse just in time to kill Barbossa, and Will immediately understands Jack's intent. What a subtle but great moment

This is the part that Pirates 5 completely ignores. Jack isn't a bumbling idiot that relies on luck, he's a sly trickster that puts on the character of a fool to seem like less of a threat.

Instead they just made him a clown who only gets away because he has some bizarre magic of constantly being lucky, taking it so literal to the point where that's their excuse for almost all of the film.

Jack had a different plan (obviously) but if anything he just set up a back up plan, the interceptor is faster then the dauntless, the black pearl is faster then the interceptor, there is no way the dauntless catches up to the pearl. Barbossa would be alive and with the dauntless, but jack would have the pearl back and give 0% of his plunder because its hard for barbossa to even catch him

Just this morning I was rereading the Raven by Edgar Allen Poe when I read the word "Dauntless". I couldn't remember where I heard that word before but knew it had to do with some sort of vessel (boat, plane or spaceship). Then an hour later I remember this scene and how much I find Barbossas face funny seeing Jack. So I pull up this scene and now I have my answer for the ship named The Dauntless lol

I think there is one way to prevent Jack's betrayal when they were all out attacking the Navy fleet
Some other men of Barbossa's crew should have taken some of those coins to make sure the curse wouldn't be unleashed when they were out
