Yoda 14 - 16 vader very high-extreme diff

My reasons are down below

Strength/stamina: no explanation needed, as for stamina anakin has been able to last much longer than Yoda before being tired even when using djem so ataru and juyo which requires to have a very fast and unpredictable Offense and being very agile and having a very heavy Offense as having a very heavy Offense can also tire out as well whilst Yoda only uses ataru which is nowhere near as tiring someone as quickly as the forms anakin uses and yet still was tired out much quicker
Speed/agility/speed reflexes: anakin has been stated as the fastest jedi and when becoming KFV grew more powerful, no one is superior to Yoda in Agility, anakin may be faster than Yoda in combat but Yoda has been able to react to sidious's lightning at the end of the fight whilst only a far more powerful version of vader was able to react to sidious's lightning, so it's pretty clear Yoda gets speed reflexes
Saber skills/offense/defense: anakin has been stated to fight like no one before him in the rots novelization anakin also uses ataru djem so and juyo at the same time very well and he has far more force power to augment his physical attributes or having much more powerful force attacks, anakin is more of an offensive than defensive fighter and Yoda's mastery of ataru basically makes his Offense a defense so with a basic scaling Yoda's Offense = Yoda's defense > anakin's defense

tho it's close as anakin has a better force shield than Yoda due to better power
Intelligence/battle iq: Yoda has more knowledge and wisdom which can be sort of intelligence
Durability/Endurance: anakin survived being burned alive to the 3th or perhaps even 4th degree, Yoda has been able to tank sidious's lightning in a vision in the clone wars s6
Power in the force/force no explanation needed for force power, anakin has better force abilities due to better power, Yoda is insanely knowledgeable whilst anakin's knowledge is kinda limited and he didn't have access to the archives, anakin is the better duelist but Yoda is the far more masterful force user, anakin has been stated as the most powerful jedi of his generation the fastest the strongest a better duelist and that's before KFV and KFV is stated >= peak Yoda
Dexterity/Unpredictability: Yoda has an almost perfect Dexterity, anakin uses juyo very well and is stated a better duelist than Yoda and when he's deep into juyo he's very unpredictable such as when he fights dooku on the invisible hand and when he fights dooku when he was with the chancellor in the clone wars
Suffer make stronger: based on what we've seen anakin has dark side channeling and can make pain into anger and anger into power
Experience/battle experience: no explanation needed, as for battle experience Yoda's ass is at the temple most of the time whilst anakin was one of the most active general in the clone wars and has tons of battle experience having fought dooku on multiple occasions having fought savage and many more
Fluidity/Versatility: anakin has shown to be very fluid such as when he fights obi wan with insane Fluidity, anakin is the more versatile duelist and is as versatile as Yoda in the force but but Yoda uses his defenses more hence why Versatility is relative
Scaling: anakin has been stated >= peak Yoda and has the power and dueling edge so anakin extreme diffs Yoda when it comes to scaling but with the advantages he very high-extreme diffs Yoda
