Very good guide, thanks for making this. One suggestion would be to add a comment at the beginning to point out that your 'Options > general options > accessibility > cockpit interaction system' toggle is set to 'Legacy' for pushing and pulling knobs. I had mine set to 'Locked' and took me a bit to figure it out.

NEW A300-600 is out now. So awesome. They did a lot more work on it compared to the A310.

I just did my first A310 familiarization flight and I had just one button for AP1 toggle. Once I turned off the AP the whole cockpit started screaming at me with all sorts of horns and AP off sounds and it _just wouldn't shut up!_
I only later realized that I was supposed to use the AP disconnect switch on the yoke 😝

i was flying with the A310 and the A300 my only problem was that the route was turning right or left and the aircraft juste go ahead like the route is not turning, like L Nav is not working...

Such a lovely information here ! But a question : if I set a flight plan for example from Brussels to Malaga (reasons unknown hehe) and I want to setup that it flies the "waypoints" (sorry not that familiar with the correct names of everything) how do I set that ?

How can you disengage the autopilot without the auto pilot of alarm sounding continually
