Just a little soemthing you skipped over see the power levels which I just wanted to clear up.

Villains have 4 ranger ratings: tiger, demon, dragon, and god. Tigers can take down a whole city, a demon can take down a whole district, a dragon can take down a whole country, and gods can take down the whole world. Another thing is that there are 18 or so S-class heroes and that puri puri was the lowest. For the enemy power levels in the show:

Sea king: demon
Meteor: dragon
Boris: god

Also for sea king genos could beat him but he assumed victory early which gave the sea king a free attack on him.
