I believe that Suiryu could be vastly stronger if he actually put his mind to it. In the Martial arts tournament, he was shown as leading a hedonistic lifestyle, living off the easy winnings of the tournaments he wins. He doesn't even train, and yet he takes those tournaments without much effort.

He has a lot of unrealised potential, and I believe that if he was actually serious about getting stronger, he could make it to the top 5 S class imo.
