Therizinosaurus Guide for ARK: Survival Evolved

The Therizinosaurus just became available in ARK: Survival evolved. In this video I go over the basics of how to tame the therizinosaurus and how to use it. The therizinosaurus is an amazing harvester and can selectively harvest with 2 different attacks! This guide also shows you the unique way to level the Therizinosaurus.

You missed one thing, if you press the C key it can harvest berries as well :)

You forgot to mention that it actually has a 3rd attack/ability. Using "C" makes it do a "bite" attack that allows for massive harvesting of berries/seeds/flowers.
I was recently gifted a level 293 one of these by a very friendly Alpha tribemember who did so after mistakingly killing my level 153 Trike by mistake and I LOVE IT! :D

this "bird" has a 3rd attack which uses its beak, and collects berries very fast in fact.. also, i might be wrong on this one, you actually collect most chitin & keratin with it.. i've heard sabertooth collects more, but i cant yet tame one in my area so cant confirm that.. but it must be a nice alternative for farming turtles on a nice sunny day on a beach :-)

If by reasonable damage you mean murders other creatures up to twice its size then yes. Also it has 3 attacks, the crouch move can chomp berry bushes.

Now the Rex saddle is unlocked at level 74 and the theriznosaur saddle is unlocked at level 69 in the newest versions

It's an extremely versatile creature for resources but incredibly dangerous too.A Level 10 Therizinosaurus will take out a Level 50 Sarco(Had that happen to me literally 8 times).An army of these is a nightmare, the only downside is their HP isn't the best.
