Great camera, I own one but the AWB is hit or miss. I also did own the monochrome Q2 and the photos are fantastic. If you crop a photo it is incredibly good. I dropped my Q2 and dented the lens hood but it caused a glitch in the EVF but it doesn’t come out in the photos. I would have to send it to Leica in Germany (I live in the UK, so not far) to get it fixed but the cost is probably expensive, so I have just got used to the glitch.

Nice review and photos! Which other Leica cameras (other than the Q2 and SL2-S) do you own and use?

I have a Q2 Monochrom and three Leica digital color cameras (CL, SL2, and M11; I can also see getting an SL2-S someday) and love them all (I’m not knocking other brands as I also have older Canon and Nikon cameras and enjoy them, but I prefer the simplicity of Leicas). However, the Monochrom is the one I default to because of the camera’s image quality and it’s old-school feel (dedicated manual aperture and shutter speed controls).

BTW, your English speaking ability is excellent.
