I can't find d bitlocker key following d same procedure from memory dumping n other pgp veracrypt keys (which r useless for me) are found when tried for encrypted bit locker F drive

hello. this is a good job. I wanna ask you one question. before 2 years I had locked my laptop partitions D and E using BitLocker( window 8.1). saved recovery keys into USB flash. I wanted to access the files in those drives and forgot passwords. I lost my flash, I forgot my laptop account password. between 2 years I was not accessing the laptop because Hardrive was not working( data and power cable failed, now it is fixed). I changed the system to window 7 without formatting the data (it has old windows under C drive). now I have no password and recovery key. can you help me?

In Windows 11 business 2023 when doing the dump, the memory is corrupted and it throws you a blue screen of death with the error that some program has tried to access the memory and it got corrupted.
