True story: i got this girls number and it was the first woman in my life (im 25, good looking, many failed relationships, didnt have the x factor with women) that i started implementing the proper behavior explained in these vids. The first month we saw eachother she was luke warm. Sometimes left me on *seen* didnt always seem excited to talk to me. I never once freaked out or double texted. We had a couple great dates. She still waited to see how i would act....while the old me inside stressed like a mother f i kept my cool. One day i meet up with her and im her phone background. Now she is 100% mine. I give her the D when i choose. She loves me to death. I feel so lucky to have her but i do not convey that to her. When you want a girls love you have to be a rock. Be patient. Be different from the 99% of guys shes ever talked to. This shit really works guys im here to tell you.

First off use the time to work on you and the issues that caused break up. If you don't change and only give her space it will end the same. 1. Create boundaries, 2. Go to the gym, 3. Keep busy and 4. Take the control of the relationship. Remember she left you, so you don't have to tolerate anything from her you are single. She will fight you every step of the way. She will piss you off, if she does either, call her out on it and disappear. She will always come back. The more you stand up to her the more you step into your masculine role. It's important to work on you. Or just keep following the same pattern and fail.

100 percent agree on this. Time is your friend. I have an ex GF, broke up with me due to irreconcileable differences. Ignored her for good even in workplace (she was my team mate) without even having a closure. Consequently, she started a new relationship, but as time passed by, she initiated reaching out for me and said "hi" but I almost totally forget that we had a relationship before and she wants to rekindle our relationship. And I said NO, since I was already busy with my new hobby and dating someone, she then spread news to our collegues and friends that I was so Rude and Mean. Dont blame me as I have moved forward already 👍

Yea if you over invest in her she will see her self as higher value than you I know its hard but if you have 2 girlfriends it will help stop this cause if one gets a bit cold go and spend time with the other one

I am in no contact with a girl for almost 3 weeks. Everytime I feel like reaching out to her I watch videos of Chris to remind myself to keep on going with no contact. But it is really painful and some nights I even cry. The thing is i have strong feelings for her and i got needy and scared of loosing her. Thats because I once loved a girl who dumped me for another guy and these scars never went away. When i date girls I have no feelings for there is never a problem because i dont care about them but as soon as i fall in love i turn into a scared little bitch.
Love really sucks especially in my case, i either Love a girl or i dont care at all, there is no in between for me.

Girl I'm dating for about 3 months has recently stopped replying to my texts with no explanation or reason.
Throughout the 3 months I had been supporting her financially due to covid, which makes it harder since I invested so much time and money.
The first few days it hurt like hell, felt like I was going to have a panic attack.
But I kept watching Chris's videos which stopped me from trying to reach out to her and gain myself respect.
Just finished reading his book atomic attraction which has also helped me during this time.
I have come to the conclusion that I need to focus on improving myself and work on my purpose regardless if she comes back or not.

Waiting "works to your advantage" in another way, which often doesn't appear to be advantageous to you at the outset. Sometimes, giving them time and space, and patiently waiting, she won't come back. The "fruit" of this labor for a woman you like who never returns is that you realize that you stopped watering a weed. You stopped sending good money after bad. Now, that's not what you may like, but it's an example of how "time works in your favor". My fiancee left in 2013. I respected her space and didn't contact her. Six months later, she wrote me a burn notice, and I never heard from her again. So, take this video as more of a guideline than an actual rule. Sometimes there are exceptions, and at this point, I'm ok that she's not coming back; I didn't put my life on hold. I held the door open because I liked her and didn't have anyone else who really struck my fancy until I learned she was living with someone else in another state, and then I stopped caring and thanked "time" that I had continued to do what was good for me and not waited for someone else to make me complete.
