I like Bini and all, has had some great results in the previous stages of this Giro, but today he his attitude was not great to watch. He clearly had the legs as he was able to keep up with Mathieu, but no will to pull and work with van der poel or else the chasing group could’ve caught the guys up front. MVDP was at the front of the chasers for god knows how long, pulled all the way to bring the gap from 30s to 8s with no help whatsoever and just gave up in the end when Bini insisted on sitting on his wheel and sprinting for 5th place, shame since they both could’ve had a shot at winning the stage and a more exciting sprint :(
