I wished I knew this before. My sister is in FL and just purchased her 1st car. After my experience I definitely don’t want her to scramble to find a Lawyer like I did because you may miss the red flags. I will be saving this. I also appreciate videos like this. Please go over how to fire your Lawyer when you start to experience the red flags.

Sounds like good advice. I am currently handling my own case, but will sign a lawyer if I do not see good faith in the offers. I know a lot about how it works and had bad lawyers in the past. I already have them excepting 100% responsibility.

Thank you for these great videos. Do insurance adjusters look up how often your attorney goes to trial compared to settling when they are negotiating?

I’ve been diagnosed of spine fracture after my accident. The lawyer after one year is telling me they didn’t accept the claim we request. So I recieved something little. Seriously I lost trust in him and don’t know what to do. The court has giving its final judgment and currently we are in execution stage. I want to go to the insurance office and do the enquiries myself. Should I? And can my lawyer take my check without my notice? I ask because he has the power of attorney.

I have some questions for you I had an ups truck pulled in front of me on my motorcycle I’m 21 and am dealing with possibly life long injuries. I have talked with countless Lawer’s and have written up a statement to got he to the claim guy. Should I try and tell them my self or just go with a Lawer to be safe. Could I possibly mess things up if I do go at it my self that a Lawer can’t save?

I'm currently in a sticky situation and would love your advice on. I was recently in a car accident last week where my car was totaled. The other driver was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic as she tried to make a turn and we collided. Her insurance has accepted blame. Unfortunately I had a lapse in my insurance so technically I was uninsured during the accident.

So I guess my question is what would be the easiest way to make a claim? I've had about (I kid you not) a dozen lawyers call me the past few days who recommend we sue the the other party's insurance. I'm not really sure what to do. What would you do in my situation?
