Nature seasoning
Mustard
Garlic powder
Onion powder
All-purpose flour (2 tablespoons)

Gravy
Stick of unsalted butter
All-purpose flour (4 tablespoons)
Nature's Seasoning
Worcestershire Sauce
Black Pepper
4 Cups Chicken Broth

Cabbage
Bacon (half a slab, sliced)
Unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)
Chicken broth
Sliced jalapeno sausage
Bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
Crushed red pepper
Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon)
Sazon (1 Packet)
Garlic Powder
Liquid Smoke
Natures Seasoning

Brauh, I cooked this tonight and it was ON THE MONEY👍. Only used two big chops, chicken broth (enough to almost cover the chops), cooked 425 for 40min.

The exact meal I'm making right now lol When it's been a while I like looking up other people's food🤦🏾‍♀️. Force of habit. Didn't imagine I'd come across the smothered with rice and fried cabbage. This looks delicious although my gravy is always thick asf, I batter my chops, and use onions and peppers in the gravy. This still made me mouth water. Can't wait to finish😂

My only critique, I wish that gravy was thicker but after this hip surgery recovery I'll be back in the kitchen😂

*Wait a minute bruh. Who in the heck told you to pour flour over the chops??? You can literally see the lumps of flour on the chop after frying 😂. You gotta massage the ingredients and mustard into the chops before coating with seasoned flour. And a properly coated chop as with chicken and other cuts helps thicken the gravy.*
