Them "chops" are a decent cut/size I'd only need to eat one. I always add cayenne pepper as opposed to black pepper to my pork chops too, enhances the flavor. ( I like spicy foods.) Thanks chef for sharing a different preparation of smothered chops.

I think I cook mine a little long but wash them first and I use a brim for all meats😚

Yes sir! It look good but my pork chops even better. I don't like all that season, it take way the favor from the meat. Madea did not put all that season on her meats and where is the lid to cover the pork chops while they simmer Chef JJ? Now you need some Idaho mash potatoes or some rice or bake potatoes and some green beans or broccoli. I haven't cook like that in a long time. 💕

I don't think he understands what "SMOTHERED" means. Those chops were at least an inch thick. It takes much longer than that. Don't talk to me about editing. Also, buttermilk? C'mon now.

These r thick chops they needed to cook on low medium to cook all the way through and not cook to fast to have a even coated brown color.

Not that difficult....Pork chops & gravy....
Add tlb. spoon of flour in the drippings cook it for a
Chicken stock or
water 💧. Add additional seasonings let it simmer...No buttermilk....add bi of evaporated
milk if you want creamed gravy..😋😋😋😋😋😋
Still made me hungry.
