That sandwich looks amazing! Don't listen to the haters saying that you guys had bad chemistry or were trying too hard. There are few things better in life than being creative in the kitchen, have some fun, and making delicious food.

Wow! So if you have the Arc XL and there isn’t a door is this not possible or it just takes longer with the ambient heat from the oven with the pan in the back? Or are going to have regrets you didn’t get the dome with the door?

Great video. The focaccia looks amazing. Too bad they didn't show how to make the dough.
That whole moving the cast iron pan filled with oil and chicken was super dangerous. I know they are promoting cooking everything in their ovens. But dang, hot oil burns are the worst
The sandwich looked delicious.
