My mother (who is 75) never followed politics but always voted democrat because her father did. Her dad died in 1972 but she continued voting dem until Obama had her questioning herself. Hillary pushed her over the edge and she voted for Trump both times. My dad always voted Republican. He died in 1998 but I'm sure he would only be MORE adamant about it now.
