This is truly magnificent, how they kissed, then the rotation continues to both giving their backs to each other.. idk why this is so touching an amusing in every aspect whether engineering or artistic… All respect to Georgians!!

Love this! This work of art speaks volumes. Two becoming as one, yet each individually changed in mutual surrender!

Intensely touching piece..one can really feel the emotions surging through them.
As an interpretation though this has to do with Ali and Nino and Romeo and Juliet. Drawn together by their hearts, but driven apart by externals. They don't actually interlock. This piece actually implies alternative paths in which only one stops and the other keeps going, equally tragic...and in which the two both lock and stop. This depends on internal forces being stronger. Two people who fit together and who believe that they are in control of their destinies. It takes internal power to stop and decide. To not be guided by inertia.

Kurban Said's story is wonderfully touching. Great that it is honored by modern day artistry
